- You will be contacted by email or phone to set up an Initial Consultation with the attorney. The consultation can be done over the phone or via Zoom/Google Meets.
- The Attorney-Client Contract (“Retainer Agreement”) will be emailed to you and you will be able to review and sign it electronically (E-SIGN). If a document needs your “wet” signature, we will send it to you and you can mail it back.
- Meetings with your attorney will be held over the phone or via Zoom/Google Meets.
- For full-service representation, you will be emailed access to your very own Online Client Portal. Read more about it below.
- Exchange and review case documents and send messages to your attorney 24/7 via the Online Client Portal. Securely pay invoices online via credit card or ACH bank payment.
